Human Resources Manager
Raymedica has a fantastic opportunity to develop a new Human Resources function as their company continues to grow.
In this position you will:
- Manage the recruiting function
- Support hiring managers in sourcing and selecting candidates for open positions
- Identify cost effective recruiting sources
- Manage candidates through process
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Manage compensation and benefits functions
- Research and implement competitive compensation programs – including pay and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent
- Analyze existing benefit plans and related costs and research new plan options
- Manage all aspects of vendor/broker relationships
- Perform benefit and compensation plan administration work
- Provide consistent communication to employees regarding benefits plans
- Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures
- Develop / edit job descriptions
- Maintain employee handbook
- Keep current on legal issues affecting the company as it grows and develop policies to keep company in compliance
- Maintain personnel records, organizational charts and all other employee information
- Partner with managers to provide strategic HR support and assist them in reaching core business goals
- Identify staffing needs based on organizational goals and objectives
- Identify training needs and provide managers with training sources
- Provide managers support in maintaining performance management system
- Address and resolve employee relations concerns in a timely and responsive manner
Requirements:
- 4 year degree in HR, business or a related field
- 5-7 years HR experience with demonstrated experience in recruiting, compensation, benefits, employment law, and employee relations
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all levels within an organization
- Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances
- Strong technology skills including MS office as well as the ability to use technology to streamline HR processes.
